I had to make a trip to Target this evening to get my husband an antibiotic prescription filled. (He caught my bug.) We chose to get it filled at Target since they had a coupon in yesterday’s circular for a $10 gift card with any new or transfer prescription. I also had a cream to get filled so I also used a gift card coupon as well. Our two prescriptions only came to $6.87 so we actually came out ahead earning the two $10 giftcards. While we were walking around waiting for our prescriptions to be filled, I found a great clearance item – an 8-piece queen size comforter set for $10.04. Yes, that’s right, $10.04! I figured it had to be priced wrong since it is an $80 set. I took it to the nearest scanner and the price was correct. It’s the perfect color for our bedroom, burgundy and gold. I also found two 16 ounce bottles of Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing clearanced to 66 cents each. We also needed cat litter which was on sale. So with using our giftcards we just earned, we ended up paying $9.15 total for 2 prescriptions, 2 bottles of salad dressing, a pail of Scoop Away, and a new comforter set. Of course all the Target team members were friendly and helpful too. I just love Target.
