I hit the three big drugstores this evening with coupons in hand. First stop was CVS.

(6) Dove Ultimate Anti-Perspirant/Deodorant on sale for $3.50 each
(1) Gatorade Fruit Punch $1.00 (needed a filler)
Total $22.00 used (6) $2.00 off Dove coupons and $10 Extra Care Bucks. Total out of pocket was tax of $1.07 and I earned back a $10 Extra Care Bucks (for spending $20 in Dove products.)
Next stop was Rite-Aid. In today’s mail I received a $20 certificate for my “Fall Gift of Savings” so I went ahead and used it on a few more items for this month’s Single Check Rebate. I am well over $100 for the month in Single Check Rebates! I plan on submitting it ASAP so I can have it back before Christmas.

I also made a stop at Dollar General where the Kotex Long Liners are $1 for a 16-pack. I’ve heard they are priced the same at Wal-Mart, but I DO NOT shop there. I picked up 12 packs and used (6) $2.00 off 2 Kotex coupons for a total of .60 which is the tax.

My husband is so great. He drives me around on my shopping escapades, holds my coupons, and carries the bags. I treated him again to a FREE hot chocolate at 7-11. I had the yummy Pumpkin Spice Latte. The coupons expire tomorrow so that was probably our last night of FREE hot beverages from 7-11.
