I love freebies and I love rewards. Look what came in the mail today…. 
You are looking at $500 in gift cards. (4) $50 Home Depot (4) $50 Kohl’s (1) $50 Victoria’s Secret (1) $25 Chili’s (1) $25 Olive Garden.
Yes, they were FREE! I got them from American Express. There are so many great credit card offers out there right now. The banks want your business. Shop around and snag some deals. The offer for this particular card was spend $500 in the first three months that you had the card and you earned 50,000 bonus points. Yes, there was an annual fee associated with the card, but it was waived for the first year and I have cancelled the account already. Free $500 for me! I also had some odd leftover points that I earned through the purchases I made and was able to apply them to an order at Amazon. (Free dog treats and a cat toy and free shipping with Amazon Prime!)
Many, many people don’t believe in credit cards and pay cash for everything. Sorry, I’m not one of those people. If you have good credit, pay off your bill in full each month, and are responsible I highly recommend rewards credit cards. Use them to pay your regular monthly bills and rack up the rewards.
